FINAL PARADE DETAILS…
Hello Parade Participants,
We are super excited about celebrating with you in this years Parade! Below is some information for you, please take the time to read it & let us know ASAP if there is anything you think we need to know;
- The Meeting point for all parade entrants & volunteers is La Bucca, Corballis Shopping Centre.
- This is also the official starting point of the parade (it will commence at 12 noon) & will end up at the GAA where they will have a family fun day with entertainment, food and activities.
- Anyone who has given their time as a volunteer (we still need more so please feel free to come along tomorrow if you can) must meet at 10am at the above meeting point. Richard & Russell will then allocate where they need you.
- All float/ groups entrants also in the Ashbourne Parade must be at the meeting point no later than 10.30am
- All other floats & groups / walking entrants must be at the meeting point no later than 11.00am.
- Your point of contacts here are Russell Bailey & Richard Casey - They will allocate your positions.
- IF THERE IS ANYTHING YOU THINK WE NEED TO KNOW LIKE TAKING PART IN THE ASHBOURNE PARADE AFTER OR ENTERING A GROUP & FLOAT, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MADE IT KNOWN TO US PRIOR TO THE PARADE TO ENSURE IT RUNS SMOOTHLY AND IN ORDER.
